S. § 512) by Anthony Bozzuto, Manager, Parking Services, University of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation & Parking, Suite 447A, 3401 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 to Lease Public Right of Way, S.R. 3006 Section 03B, lower level of Walnut Street, between 31st and 32nd Streets, to be used as private parking for personnel of the University of Pennsylvania.
