1534 Correction to the notice of application for conversion of a domestic mutual life insurance corporation
INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Correction to the Notice of Application for Conversion of a Domestic Mutual Life Insurance Corporation [28 Pa.B. 4764] Educators Mutual Life Insurance Company filed an application for approval of an Agreement and Plan of Conversion, which will result in the formation of a new stock life insurance corporation owned by a stock holding corporation. The stock holding company was incorrectly identified as a Mutual Holding Company in the September 6, 1998, Pennsylvania Bulletin. The filing was made under the Mutual-to-Stock Conversion Act (40 P. S. § 911-A et seq.). Persons wishing to comment on the acquisition are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department within 30 days from September 6, 1998. Each written statement must include the name, address and telephone number of the interested party, identification of the application to which the statement is addressed and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Insurance Department of the exact basis of the statement.
