STATE ETHICS COMMISSION Public Meeting [29 Pa.B. 4915] The Public Official and Employee Ethics Law requires that the State Ethics Commission (Commission) hold at least two public hearings each year to seek input from persons and organizations who represent any individual subject to the provisions of the law and from other interested parties.
The Commission will conduct public meetings in Room 307, Finance Building, Harrisburg, PA on September 30, 1999, beginning at 4 p.m. and on October 1, 1999, beginning at 9 a.m. for purposes of receiving input and for the conduct of other agency business. Public officials, public employes, organizations and members of the general public may attend.
Persons seeking to testify or present statements, information or other comments in relation to the Ethics Law, the regulations of the Commission or agency operations should contact Claire J.
