 On May 10, 2011, Erin Marie Castiglia-Shaffer, license no. PN271114, of Dallastown, York County, had her license suspended for not less than 3 years based on findings that she received Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition in the disposition of felony charges in the courts of this Commonwealth.

 This adjudication and final order represents the State Board of Nursing's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
