Insurance Services Office, Inc.; Homeowners Loss Cost Revision; Rate Filing [41 Pa.B. 5047]
[Saturday, September 17, 2011]On August 26, 2011, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Insurance Services Office, Inc. a filing for a proposed loss cost level change for Homeowners insurance.
The advisory organization requests an overall 5.1% increase in loss costs effective March 1, 2012.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to October 25, 2011, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
