[Saturday, September 16, 2006]The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department. The parcel is irregularly shaped, located off SR 0222 between West Wyomissing Boulevard and Amherst Court alongside Stanford Avenue between stations 2 + 00 and 4 + 00 in Spring Township, Berks County. The parcel is an uneconomic remnant approximately 34,842 square feet. The sale of the property is in an as is condition. Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the parcel within 30 calendar days from this notice.
