[Saturday, September 15, 2012]Notice is hereby given that Timothy Shawn Gordon, having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Maryland by Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland dated October 3, 2011, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on August 27, 2012, disbarring Timothy Shawn Gordon from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective September 26, 2012. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
