Use of and Permissible Activities on State Game Lands An error occurred in the preamble to the final rulemaking which appeared at 32 Pa.B. 4235, 4236 (August 31, 2002). Although the effective date (February 1, 2003) was correctly stated in the preamble in paragraph 7 (Effective Dates), the order stated that the amendments would take effect upon publication. The correct effective date for those amendments is February 1, 2003.
