[Saturday, September 13, 2014]Notice to Potential Interested Parties This serves to provide notification, under 34 Pa. Code § 213.8(e) (relating to grievances arising from administration of the act), that the Prevailing Wage Appeals Board (Board) received a grievance in the previously-referenced matter regarding application of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (act) (43 P. S. §§ 165-1—165-17) to survey work performed by Mosites Construction Company on the Mon Fayette Expressway Project—Bridge Construction (S-006-3-04), Washington County, Serial No. 13-05562. A copy of this grievance can be obtained by contacting Gina Meckley, Administrative Assistant for the Board at (717) 783-9276.
Persons claiming a right to intervene or an interest of such nature that intervention is necessary or appropriate to the administration of the act should file a petition to intervene under 1 Pa. Code §§ 35.27—35.32 (relating to intervention) by September 29, 2014.
Petitions to intervene shall be filed with the Prevailing Wage Appeals Board, Department of Labor and Industry, 901 North 7th Street, 3rd Floor North, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Copies of all petitions to intervene shall be served on counsel of the parties of record as follows:
