Insurance Services Office, Inc.; Homeowners Prospective Loss Cost Revision; Rate Filing [38 Pa.B. 5097]
[Saturday, September 13, 2008]On August 21, 2008, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Insurance Services Office, Inc. a filing for a proposed loss cost level change for homeowners insurance.
The advisory organization requests an overall 4.9% increase in loss costs effective March 1, 2009.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to October 20, 2008, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
