2004 Schedule of Filing Dates for Recovery of Purchased Gas Costs; Doc. No. L-840102 [33 Pa.B. 4648] Under 52 Pa. Code § 53.64(a) (relating to filing requirements for natural gas distributors with gross intrastate annual operating revenues in excess of $40 million), the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission annually publishes a schedule of filing dates for jurisdictional gas utilities subject to the procedure of 66 Pa.C.S. § 1307(f) (relating to sliding scale of rates; adjustments) for the recovery of purchased gas costs.
The 2004 schedule of filing dates is as follows:
February 1, 2004: National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation--Pennsylvania Division; T. W. Phillips Gas and Oil Company
March 1, 2004: Philadelphia Gas Works
April 1, 2004: Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc.; Peoples Natural Gas Company; Equitable Gas Company
June 1, 2004: P. G. Energy, Inc.; PECO--Gas Division; UGI Corporation; PFG Gas, Inc.
