HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT COUNCIL Invitation to Bid [33 Pa.B. 4642] The Health Care Cost Containment Council (Council), an independent State agency that collects, analyzes and disseminates health care cost and quality-related information, seeks to obtain services of a licensed physician to assist them in their clinical and technical efforts to promote quality improvement activities in the health care delivery system.
