[Saturday, September 11, 2010]Notice is hereby given that Toan Quy Thai having been suspended from the practice of law in the District of Columbia for a period of 60 days by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided December 24, 2009, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated August 20, 2010, suspending Toan Quy Thai from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of 60 days, effective September 19, 2010. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
