Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company; Private Passenger Automobile Rate Revision [29 Pa.B. 4833] On August 30, 1999 the Insurance Department received from Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 3.0% decrease amounting to -$15,713,400 annually, to be effective November 25, 1999.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to October 29, 1999 the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Michael W.
