Capital Blue Cross; Community-Rated Group Prescription Drug Program; Rate Filing [29 Pa.B. 4833] By filing No. 99-CC, Capital Blue Cross proposes to adjust the rates for the Community-Rated Group Prescription Drug Program. The proposed average rate increase across all coverage options is 23.37%. This rate change will produce an estimated additional annual income of $1,430,400 and will affect approximately 13,075 subscribers. An effective date of November 1, 1999 is requested.
