Portview Limited Partnership's Application to Lease Land for Public Parking

   Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Volume 67 Pa. Code, Chapter 495, Section 495.4, Par. D, Rules and Regulations covering the Administration of the Provisions of Act No. 37, approved March 13, 1974, and Act 251, as amended November 17, 1982, amending Section 2002, Act of April 9, 1929, P. L. 177, (No. 175) known as the Administrative Code of 1929, an application has been made to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation by: Michael J. Asbell, President, Portview Limited Partnership, Philadelphia, PA.

   To lease a portion of the former Botfield property acquired by fee simple by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and known as I-95. Portview proposes to use this land for public parking.

   Interested persons are invited to submit written comments, suggestions and/or objections to the approval of the application, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the publication of this notice to:
