[Saturday, September 10, 2016]The MetLife Insurance Company USA is requesting approval to increase the premium 83.0% on 873 Pennsylvania policies with the following form numbers: H-LTC3JP and H-LTC3JP27.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 24, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
