       On September 16, 2005, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., the Cleanup Standards Scientific Advisory Board Vapor Intrusion Subcommittee will hold a meeting to discuss the definitions used in the vapor guidance of ''soil-like material'' and ''sand-like material'' with respect to the modeling of various soil classification types, preferential pathways at small sites and the results of some preliminary field data from sites that had vapor audits.

       The meeting will be held in the 14th Floor Conference Room, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA and will also be available by speakerphone in a conference room in each of the six regional Department of Environmental Protection (Department) field offices at the following locations:

    *  Southeast Regional Office Schuylkill and Delaware Rooms, 2 East Main Street, Norristown
    *  Northeast Regional Office Susquehanna Room, 2 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre
    *  Southcentral Regional Office Susquehanna B Room, 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg

    *  Southwest Regional Office Monongahela Room, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh
    *  Northwest Regional Office Fourth Floor Conference Room, 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville
