INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Application and Request for a Certificate of Authority [33 Pa.B. 4041] Freedom Advantage Insurance Company has applied for a Certificate of Authority to operate as a stock casualty insurance company in this Commonwealth. The initial filing was received on July 28, 2003, and was made under the Business Corporation Law of 1988 (15 Pa.C.S. §§ 1101--1110). Persons wishing to comment on the grounds of public or private interest to the issuance of the Insurance Department's (Department) order approving this Certificate of Authority are invited to submit a written statement to the Department within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
