Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania; Non- Group Rate Increase; Filing No. 318-BCNG-1/98 [27 Pa.B. 4054] Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania submitted a filing requesting the Insurance Department's approval to increase the monthly rates by 16.70% for the Blue Cross Non-Group Program for an effective date of January 1, 1998. The proposed rate increase will affect about 6,300 policy holders and produce an additional annual premium income of $1.5 million.
Copies are available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's Office in Harrisburg.
