DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES Request for Proposal [27 Pa.B. 4044] The Department of General Services is seeking interested firms to submit sealed proposals for consideration for the following project:
DGS 948-10.OA Phase 7 Part A--Replace Sound System, Forum Building, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA. A brief description of the project is as follows: Replace the existing sound system with new audio systems and sub-systems within the 1,500 seat auditorium of the Forum Building, Capitol Complex, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA. Estimated Construction Cost: $150,000.
RFP price--$30 (Includes 6% Pa. Sales Tax) per RFP. Payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This price is nonrefundable. Requests for the RFP should be mailed to the Department of General Services, Bureau of Professional Selections and Administrative Services, Room 107, Headquarters Building, 18th and Herr Streets, Harrisburg, PA 17125. Facility Tour--A Facility Tour is scheduled for this project on Monday, August 18, 1997 at 10 a.m. Participants are to meet at the Main Entrance of the Auditorium of the Forum Building, 5th and Walnut Streets, Harrisburg, PA. (Maximum of two individuals per Proposer)
Pre-Proposal Conference--A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for this project on Monday, August 25, 1997, at 10:30 a.m. at the Forum Building Auditorium, 5th and Walnut Streets, Harrisburg, PA. All proposals are due Monday, September 8, 1997, no later than 2 p.m., in Room 107, Headquarters Building, 18th and Herr Streets, Harrisburg, PA 17125. Responses received after this due date and time will be returned unopened.
