[Saturday, August 7, 2010]Lance C. Blose, of Mifflin, Juniata County, had his vehicle sales license suspended for failure to abide by a previously issued State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board) order.

This adjudication and final order represents the Board's final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
