 On July 15, 2010, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Progressive Specialty Insurance Company and Progressive Advanced Insurance Company a filing for rate level changes for private passenger automobile insurance.

 The companies request an overall 3.3% and 1.2% increase amounting to $2.973 million and $0.65 million annually, respectively, to be effective November 26, 2010, for new business and January 5, 2011, for renewals.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 13, 2010, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
