   And Now, this 21st day of July, 2004, Rule 1940.4 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure is amended as follows.

   This order shall be processed in accordance with Pa. R.J.A. 103(b) and shall be effective immediately.

CHAPTER 1940.  VOLUNTARY MEDIATION IN CUSTODY CASES

Rule 1940.4. Minimum Qualifications of the Mediator.
