 On May 3, 2011, Angelene M. Baker, LPN, license no. PN257734L, of York, York County had her license revoked based upon her conviction of multiple felony crimes of moral turpitude.

 This adjudication and final order represents the State Board of Nursing's (Board) final decision in this matter.
