DeFilippo having resigned from the practice of law in the State of Connecticut by Acceptance of Resignation and Waiver of the Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Ansonia/Milford, effective September 8, 2011, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on July 18, 2012, ordering the comparable discipline of disbarment in this Commonwealth, effective August 17, 2012. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
