Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 1,200 to 1,800 net useable square feet of new or existing warehouse space near Route 22 or 219 between Ebensburg and Johnstown. Space must have a man door and single truck garage door. Off-street parking for 3 to 4 maintenance trucks required.
