United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC, d/b/a CenturyLink and AT&T Communications of Pennsylvania, LLC, d/b/a AT&T by its counsel, filed on July 22, 2013, at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission), a joint petition for approval of an interconnection agreement under sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

Comments are due on or before 10 days after the date of publication of this notice.
