 State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 27.4% on 1,078 policyholders with forms 97058PA, 99572, 99573 and 99574PA.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 12, 2015, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's (Department) web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on the link ''PA Bulletin.''

 Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
