Communities of Opportunity Program Guidelines

   The Department of Community and Economic Development is responsible for administering the Communities of Opportunity Program in accordance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Housing and Redevelopment Assistance Law (Act 477 of 1955). The two major categories of funding assistance under this program are Community Development and Housing. New guidelines have been prepared by the Department and are available to the public.
