[Saturday, August 27, 2011]On July 8, 2011, Roger Theodore, M.D., license no. MD033574L, of Baltimore, MD, had his Pennsylvania license indefinitely suspended until his Maryland medical license has been restored to unrestricted status, based upon disciplinary action taken against his license to practice medicine by the proper licensing authority of Maryland and findings that Roger Theodore, M.D. failed to report this disciplinary action to the State Board of Medicine (Board) within 60 days of its occurrence.

This final order represents the Board's final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
