State Farm Fire and Casualty Company; Private Passenger Automobile Rate Revisions; Rate Filing [35 Pa.B. 4892] On July 29, 2005, the Insurance Department (Department) received from State Farm Fire and Casualty Company a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 4.3% decrease amounting to $4.632 million annually, to be effective November 14, 2005, for new business and December 14, 2005, for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 27, 2005, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
