[Saturday, August 25, 2007]This notice provides updated information about the Volunteer Fire Company and Volunteer Ambulance Services Grant Program. Volunteer fire companies and volunteer ambulance services seeking grants under this act shall submit completed applications no later than 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Saving Time on October 11, 2007. The application for the fiscal years commencing July 1, 2006, and July 1, 2007, shall be a combined application. Written instructions and guidelines for the grant program will be available on line at the Office of State Fire Commissioner website www.osfc.state.pa.us no later than August 7, 2007. Grant applications will be available on line at the Office of State Fire Commissioner website www.osfc.state.pa.us no later than August 28, 2007.
This notice is provided in accordance with the Volunteer Fire Company and Volunteer Ambulance Services Grant Act (72 P. S. §§ 3943.1--3944.5).
