[Saturday, August 25, 2007]By filing No. 07-X, Capital Advantage Insurance Company requests approval to increase rates for its Individual Direct Pay Comprehensive Major Medial Benefit Contract with a $750 Deductible for the Non-HIPAA and HCTC Programs (Form No. IA-COMP750-C) and Individual Direct Pay Comprehensive Major Medial Benefit Contract with a $1,500 Deductible for HIPAA and HCTC Eligible Individuals (Form No. IA-COMP1500-C). The filing requests an overall increase of 9.9%. The current and requested rates are as follows:

Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 8, 2007, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
