 A prehearing telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for October 1, 2014, at 10 a.m. Each party shall provide a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference to the Hearings Administrator on or before September 29, 2014. A date for a hearing shall be determined, if necessary, at the prehearing conference.

 Motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene, notices of appearance or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102 on or before September 15, 2014. Answers to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before September 29, 2014.

 A written request for continuance of the scheduled prehearing telephone conference and hearing, for good cause will be considered by the Presiding Officer. Prior to requesting a continuance, a party must contact the opposing party. Continuance requests must indicate whether the opposing party objects to a continuance.
