Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Stakeholders Workgroup Meeting [33 Pa.B. 4229] The Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Stakeholders (CAFO) Workgroup will hold a meeting on August 28, 2003, at 9 a.m. in the Department of Agriculture Building, Room 202, Harrisburg. The purpose of this meeting is to review and discuss CAFO Program Delegation under the revised United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules.
