U. S. Steel Group v. DEP; EHB Doc. No. 98-132-R [28 Pa.B. 4214] U. S. Steel Group has appealed the denial by the Department of Environmental Protection of an NPDES permit to U. S. Steel Group for a facility in West Mifflin, Allegheny County.
