     On April 8, 2016, Jopindar Pal Harika, MD, license No. MD030282E, last known of Monroeville, Allegheny County, was automatically suspended for at least 10 years from the date of conviction based on pleading guilty to a felony under The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act (35 P.S. §§ 780-101—780-144).

     This final order represents the final State Board of Medicine (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure.
