 Principal Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 124.8% on 43 certificate holders with the following group LTC form: FR 601.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 3, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's (Department) web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. To view these filing notices, hover the cursor over ''Consumers'' in the blue bar at the top of the webpage then select ''Long Term Care Rate Filings'' from the drop down menu.

 Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
