Torrance State Hospital; Heating System Study [46 Pa.B. 5163]
[Saturday, August 20, 2016]A study to determine if the Department of Human Services' buildings located at Torrance State Hospital, Torrance should be exempted from the requirements of section 2420 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.S. § 650) will be performed within the next 90 days. The result from this study may result in the conversion of the Department of Human Services' coal-fired heating system to a fuel other than coal.
