S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department. The parcel is triangular in shape, located along the south side of SR 222 adjacent to the Hometown Diner in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County. The parcel is approximately 0.238 acre. The sale of the property is in an as is condition.
