[Saturday, August 2, 2008]CPC 08.115: Proposal for the creation, materials, construction and installation of a Civil War Flag Exhibit. The State's Civil War flag facility a few blocks from the Capitol is open to the public by means of appointment for the flag tours and events. The exhibit proposal is to describe the history of the flags and their conservation and preservation.
* Issue for Proposal: July 31, 2008.
* Proposal Receipt Date and Time: August 22, 2008, at 2 p.m. prevailing time.
* Preproposal conference and detailed site review: August 8, 2008, at 10 a.m.; convening at the Flag facility at 10th and Market Streets, Harrisburg, PA.
* Proposal Period: Proposal must remain firm for 120 calendar days following Proposal Receipt Date.

Notice to Contractors: Proposers shall be required to conclusively establish that they employ highly qualified personnel, skilled and experienced in the work of the contract. The specifications prepared for this work establishes the requirements for the contractor's proposal. The specifications, contents of the proposal, the proposal information and the project manual shall become part of the contract documents.
