DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Application for Lease of Right-of-Way [27 Pa.B. 3865] The Department of Transportation, pursuant to the authority contained in Section 2002(c) of the Administrative Code (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and in 67 Paced 495.4, gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by The Port Authority of Allegheny County, of 2235 Beaver Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania seeking to lease highway right-of-way located along the northerly side of S. R. 0286 at the intersection of S. R. 0286 and Ramp F, in the Borough of Monroeville, Allegheny County containing 21,000 sq. ft. ± adjacent to S. R. 0286 Section A03, for purposes of vehicle parking. Interested persons are invited to submit, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Henry M. Nutbrown, P.E., District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017.
