       Conseco Senior Health Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 25% on several Long-Term Care policy forms. The company is requesting a 25% increase on the following forms which were originally issued by American Travelers: ATL-NCP-88, ATL-NHP-1, ATL-CIS-85, ATL-CSN-78, SNH and GMA. The company is requesting a 25% increase on the following forms which were originally issued by Great Republic: UW-LTC-100-89, UW-SNC and UW-LTC-100-88. The company is requesting a 25% increase on the following forms which were originally issued by American Independent Group: AI-NH and AIG-NH. Finally, the company is requesting a 25% increase on the following form which was originally issued by World Life: WORLD-NH. A total of 2,085 Commonwealth policyholders will be affected by this rate adjustment.

       Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 1, 2007, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

       Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office in Harrisburg.
