Schedule of Filing Dates for Recovery of Purchased Gas Costs for 1997; Doc. No. L-840102 [26 Pa.B. 3965] Regulations promulgated by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission at 52 Pa. Code § 53.64(b) direct the Commission to annually publish a schedule of filing dates for jurisdictional gas utilities subject to the procedure of 66 Pa.C.S. § 1307(f) (relating to sliding scale of rate; adjustments) for the recovery of purchased gas costs.
The 1997 schedule of filing dates is as follows:
February 1, 1997: National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation-Pennsylvania Division; T.W. Phillips Gas and Oil Company.
April 1, 1997: Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc.; Peoples Natural Gas Company; Equitable Gas Company.
June 3, 1997: P.G. Energy, Inc.; PECO - Gas Division; UGI Corporation; PFG Gas, Inc.
