Capital Blue Cross and Pennsylvania Blue Shield; Individual Comprehensive Major Medical Program; Rate Increase; Filing No. 97-V [27 Pa.B. 4164] By Filing No. 97-V, Capital Blue Cross and Pennsylvania Blue Shield propose to increase the rates for the individual Comprehensive Major Medical Program. The proposed increase is 16.3%. This rate change will produce an estimated additional annual income of $1.2 million and will affect approximately 2,700 policy holders. An effective date of January 1, 1998 is requested.
Copies are available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's Office in Harrisburg.
