Capital Blue Cross and Pennsylvania Blue Shield; Community-Rated Group Major Medical Program; Rate Increase; Filing No. 97-W [27 Pa.B. 4164] By Filing No. 97-W, Capital Blue Cross and Pennsylvania Blue Shield propose to increase the rates for the Community-Rated Group Major Medical Program. The proposed increase is 22.8%. This rate change will produce an estimated additional annual income of $14.5 million and will affect approximately 92,600 policy holders. An effective date of October 1, 1997 is requested.
Copies are available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's Office in Harrisburg.
