Application for Acquisition of American Independent Life Insurance Company [27 Pa.B. 4163] Bankers Fidelity Life Insurance Company filed an application to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of American Independent Life Insurance Company from American Independent Insurance Company, BCI Holdings, Inc. and Arnold M. Katz. The filing was made under the requirements set forth under the Insurance Holding Company Act (40 P. S. § 991.1402 et. seq.)
