L. 744, No. 222) (act) hereby announces the publication of the stipulations of fact, findings of fact, conclusions of law, opinion, final order, concurring opinion, dissenting conclusions of law and dissenting opinion made after a public hearing under section 9(e)--(g) of the act, in the following case:
