Air Quality Technical Advisory Committee Meeting [29 Pa.B. 4390] The Air Quality Technical Advisory Committee (AQTAC) will meet beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, August 23, 1999, in Room 105, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA. Two major agenda items that are scheduled for consideration by AQTAC are draft final rulemaking related to surface coating operations and wood finishing activities and draft final revisions to the oxides of nitrogen (NOx) requirements adopted under the provisions of the Ozone Transport Commission Memorandum of Understanding.
